i bought myself a pack of teriyaki chicken with pineapple rice from bbq express. The pineapple rice was the kind cooked in the rice cook not the stir fry kind. I would prefer the stir fry kind. The teriyaki chicken was a little hard, probably grilled a little too long. The teriyaki sauce was a little sticky and sweet. I like the achar the best, very crunchy, a little acidity. I wish the portion for the achar was slightly more.

i ordered the teriyaki chicken with pineapple rice set from bbq express. It was pretty reasonably priced, the entire set meal only cost me $3.90. they were nice enough to separate the teriyaki sauce from the chicken so you can add how much you want. The pineapple rice was not exactly fragrant, it had very little pineapple bits in it but I found it still edible. The chicken was kind of hard, not the tender juicy kind. There were also achar in the dish. the achar instead had a lot of pineapples.

Brought a set of turkey for christmas celebration. The turkey can be share among 5-6 persons. The turkey meat on the breast part was soft and tender, was seasoned and grilled. However, when is comes to the drumstick part of the turkey, the texture was no longer the same. The texture for the drumstick was a bit hard to chew but still edible. Cranberry sauce was also provided. Flavour of the sauce was acceptable but was too watery. It will be good if the sauce can be thicker.

I was tempted by the food at this stall after shopping for groceries at the NTUC just opposite. Ordered the bbq chicken pineapple rice set, at around $3.70. To my surprise, the chicken they gave was small, tiny. With a little archar at the side, and that was my rice set. Despite the serving portion, I was eager to try out the chicken. Disappointing indeed. The chicken was quite tough, probably overcooked. The sauce for the chicken was nice, but I could not figure out what it is. The pineapple ri

The sauce for the chicken was nice, but I could not figure out what it is. The pineapple rice has small pieces of pineapple in it, though it was nothing very special.

I will probably just order the chicken steak itself, and maybe the rice separately if I would to buy this again.
