If you like to eat nonya kuehs and do not like those normal creamy whole cake, then this version of pandan kaya cake will be best suit you. Lots of thick layers of kaya smooth paste is used in making this cake which is really fragrant and delicious. Not much spoinge cake can be found in this cake so you may just be focusing on the kaya paste when you eating it. However it would be better if the design can be more so that it will be much more interesting to look at. continue reading
