Bilbao Restaurant & Gastrobar (Closed)

I am always a fan of Bilbao Restaurant & Gastrobar located at TripleOne in Somerset. I like both the concepts of gastrobar dining outdoors and the fine dining indoors. I ordered the baked croquettes with cheese melted in it, with a layer of cheese and mayonnise dressing. The croquettes are crispy on the outside and warm and moist inside. It tasted really good and I enjoyed it.

Wanting to try a different cuisine, we decided to have Spanish food at Bilbao Restaurant & Gastrobar. The way of eating bread is very unique, they are served with peach jam and wheat grass dips. The bread is moist and fresh. Next was the goat cheese with grilled pork with asparagus and baked bread. We had some other dishes too where dinner cost around $50 for two people.

Bilbao Restaurant & Tapas Bar serves really great Spanish food. We ordered a few dishes and shared, of which one of my favourites is the potato with cheese. It costs around $7 - $10 range for one tapas and a few tapas shared among us are sufficient to keep one filling. The tapas tasted fresh and not oily as well. Great ambience for dining.

Bilbao Restaurant & Gastrobar is located at Tripleone Somerset. They serve authentic Spanish food which taste really good. I ordered the seafood risotto and the baked potato with cheese. It costs around $25 per person. The concept of the restaurant is a duo-concept, dining in the intimate dining room at the restaurant indoors or alfresco Tapas Bar. They offer Spanish wine and beer too, 1-for -1 during Happy Hours.
