I really love having this kind of Japanese noodles, which is known as yakisoba. It is served on a hotplate with a generous serving of noodles. The noodles are thick, firm and smooth and they are always wrapped up in an omelette. A whole of load of mayonnaise would be sprinkled on it, very delicious! The thick black sauce that they use to cook together with the noodles is a perfect combination!

Japan Food Holdings which runs a chain of multipleJapanese restaurant concepts locally has a little known food court presence - Botejyu Yatai which serves teppanyaki and omu rice on the cheap. The chicken and salmon teppanyaki set at $6.80 is great value with teriyaki chicken chunks, a thin salmon fillet and sautéed bean sprouts served with rice and egg drop soup. The chicken and sprouts were tasty while the salmon was bland but this was saved by their chilli sauce which packs a spicy punch. No

The fried rice was great, fragrant and not too oily.
Good quality of rice. Not too hard nor soft. Had some pepper taste!

The chicken was not bad. Well cooked.
The soup tasted average, tasted like the other miso soups outside.
However, for me, the BBQ Sauce tasted weird with the egg and rice because the sauce is sweet.
I don't think sweet sauce is a good combination with egg or rice.
The egg was well cooked too. Not too cooked. Not too raw. Just nice to be served as omelette

Everything in this set tasted the same with the Omurice with BBQ Sauce, except for the sauce.
Personally, I PREFER curry sauce to be served in this dish, because the curry was creamy, thick and fragrant.
The curry has a little salty taste which blends well with the egg and rice!

Service was not bad. Many people were queueing with us. The environment was filled with grilled smelled. Awesome!!
