I've tried the Fruiti di Mare Penne pasta and Pepperoni pizza. I was glad they do serve thin-crust pizza too, I do not like the regular or chunky crust ones as too much dough makes me sick. The Fruiti De Mare sauce was more of a soup-based but it still went well, seafood in the pasta was succulent. The Pepperoni pizza was tasty and it was an enjoyment as I love meat, however I've to say the pizza was glazed with an obvious sight of oil. Maybe they could get leaner meat or do something else about it?

The last time I was there, the service was pretty disappointing. They only came with the condiments of parmesan cheese, chilli flakes and tabasco sauce after two reminders. The bill also came in full, without the after-reduction of 1-for-1 and upon word, they said they were aware but requested for my credit card first.. how was I supposed to sign without checking the tab orders? No doubt the food standard remained the same but I believe the staff could have worn a smile and should wear a smile to make it a more pleasant evening for everyone.

Deep-fried Whitebait ($9.90++): Extremely crispy and crunchy but I suspect the ratio of batter to fish was probably 10:1. And it was oily. Not worth it!I have no idea what possessed me to order the Soft Shell Crab ($9.90++) in a supposedly Italian cafe. Must be a moment of irrationality. On 1st sight, all those droplets of oil turned me off immediately. Even an amateur chef would know not to serve deep fried food that’s not well-drained!Salmon Escallops ($12.90++) is just a fancy name for 2 gene

Salmon Escallops ($12.90++) is just a fancy name for 2 generous pieces of salmon fillets served with ratatouille. The latter was good but the former was overcooked. And it sat on a pool of puke-green pesto oil which didn’t look the least bit appetising.
