The rice is given too much and I couldn't finish it up. The vegetables are quite oily but cooked in a short amount of time which meant it won't be too chewy and still retains it nutrients with added oil.The tofu are good - soft and smooth The black fungus are also a little bit too oily and a little bit hard in the middle.The pork is the best of all - the sauce is sweet and mildly spicy . The portion is given in the right amount and not too stingy as well. Great ! .
