At Collin’s Grille – Bento Bistro, Hougang Green, my sister ordered Chicken Chop and Prawns.The grilled chicken chop was well marinated and tender. The two pieces of reasonable big size prawns grilled to perfection. Juicy and sweet. On the plate there was also a quarter piece of tasty corn on the cob and generous amount of green salad topped with salad dressing.Brown sauce was provided to go along with the chicken chop.Priced at S$8.50.

My eldest sister invited us for dinner at Hougang Green.She brought us to Collin’s Grille – Bento Bistro.I ordered the Salmon Teriyaki Bento. The Bento set with Salmon Teriyaki, Tori Karaage, Salad, Miso Soup and plain rice.The big piece of grilled Teriyaki Salmon was tasty and not overcooked. The Tori Kaarage (Japanese version of fried chicken) well marinated with garlic, ginger and soy sauce coated in potato starch and deep fried until crispy creating a golden shell around the Kaarage.Salad c
