Cove Stadium serves pub grub and beverages such as beers, liquors, wines and crafted cocktails. Sports fans will also get to catch the latest sports action screened here. You may want to note that the place is named in I-S Best Bars Guide 2014.Cove Stadium MenuOur party of 3 ordered individual mains but we did get the Grilled Baby Octopus Salad ($22) to share. The Mesclun was served cool and crisp and the Roma tomato slices were plump, sweet and juicy. The highlight of the salad was still the baby octopus - it was pleasantly chewy, without being rubbery and had an incredible unami taste with just a hint of char-grill flavor.Cove Stadium Grilled Baby OctopusThe main I ordered is a traditional American food, the Pulled Pork Burger ($28). According to the menu, the pulled pork was made by grilling the pork shoulder for 6 hours with a special Chipotle BBQ sauce. I'm no expert in cooking, but eating I can do... The result was smoky, juicy, and tender pulled pork. It was slightly spicy and I could spot chili seeds embedded within. To complete the meal, the burger was dished up with sides of truffle fries and Mesclun greens.Pulled Pork BurgerFor full review, visit http://www.bunnysays.com/2014/11/cove-stadium-sentosa-cove.html continue reading

We absolutely adore the interior of Cove Stadium with it's open and spacious interior, coupled with a clean modern industrial look. We could imagine how alluring it is at night especially for sports fans who would like to catch the latest matches with a group of friends. They have Happy Hour from Mondays to Fridays from opening to 10pm. Besides that, they have other drinks promotion ongoing daily. You can visit their website to find out more about their drinks promotions. For their Weekday Lunch Deal, you can choose from 2 courses at $18 or 3 courses at $21. We went for the 3 course deal. For starters, we chose the Salad over the Soup of the Day. The salad consisted of Greens served with some grilled pieces of chicken. We liked that the greens were fresh and the chicken well-marinated.For mains, if I am not mistaken, you get to choose from some selected dishes. We chose the Bacon Spaghetti in Aglio Olio Style. We felt that the pasta was cooked well and well-flavored. However, our qualm would be that the ingredients were not as generous as we would like.Desserts wise, we chose the Strawberry Compote. The dessert was good. It wasn't too sweet yet preserving the natural flavour of Strawberry.Overall, we felt that Cove Stadium's Lunch Deal was really good! Plus, their drinks promotion was really attractive as well. If you are with a large group, you may consider their bucket deals. A bonus to the place is that you can choose the al fresco seats to enjoy the beautiful quayside scenery! The food and drinks here are without any taxes as well. We would love to visit this place at night with a group of friends again! For full review and more photos, please visit http://thumbsforfood.blogspot.sg/2014/07/cove-stadium-quayside-isle-thumbsforfood.html continue reading

Have been hearing from my friend that the Wagyu burger is really delicious from this American restaurant, so decided to bring my good friend to check out the food here. Restaurant is really spacious and cosy. Without any hesitation, I have ordered my friend's recommended Wagyu burger. The presentation of it is really nice and looks really yummy. This tall burger, with really thick slice of juicy beef meat patty in the center, with lots of fresh wild lettuce in it. The burger bun is soft and with slight crunchiness on the outer layer. The French fries are very crispy and not too oily, which is also not that salty too. However at the price of $38 per serving, I think it is too costly. continue reading
