I always visit crystal jade bakeries to satisfy my cravings for my favourite fried carrot cake,shrimp paste fried chicken and of course BBQ charsiew bolo buns. They have a good range of breads and dimsums including flavourful egg tarts as well. I love their bolo bun with slightly crispy sweet buns filled with juicy well marinated shredded charsiew the most, I can have 2 at once. Their shrimp paste fried chicken is not to be missed to with the aromatic shrimp paste flavour which is not overpoweri
