There was a new food court at Suntec City Mall level 3 after the renovation. The foodcourt mostly sells local delicacy. What caught my attention was this Curry Ipoh Hor Fun stall. I had eaten Ipoh Hor Fun many times but have not tried in curry before.Hence, I ordered the Curry Deep Fried Beancurd Hor Fun at $4.50. There was a further discount of 10% if using the Kopitiam card for payment. The wait was pretty fast for the order and this Curry Deep Fried Beancurd Hor Fun serving portion was big, using an oval plate.The Curry Deep Fried Beancurd Hor Fun had a heavy aroma of curry from the curry gravy. The curry gravy was thick, spicy and tasted very good. The Hor Fun was silky smooth and slight springy, something like the Chee Cheong Fun cut in a thinner version. The fried beancurd was a bit disappointing, it was hot and crispy on the surface but inside was hard and tough. I guessed they had over-fried. Overall, this Curry Ipoh Hor Fun was good. But next time do not order with fried beancurd.
