Brought a plate of Char Siew and Roasted Meat Rice for lunch. Firstly, the Char Siew was well cooked, sweet taste, soft and tender texture and contain little fats. However the portion of Char Siew given was a bit little. As for the Roasted Meat, it was well roasted with a crispy skin, amount of fat in between the meat was just nice, not too many fats and not oily.
