Brought a plate of Char Siew and Roasted Meat Rice for lunch. Firstly, the Char Siew was well cooked, sweet taste, soft and tender texture and contain little fats. However the portion of Char Siew given was a bit little. As for the Roasted Meat, it was well roasted with a crispy skin, amount of fat in between the meat was just nice, not too many fats and not oily. Lastly, the aroma of the rice was not that fragrance, but was well cooked and not too hard nor sticky. Their service was quite fast a
Firstly, the Char Siew was well cooked, sweet taste, soft and tender texture and contain little fats. However the portion of Char Siew given was a bit little.
As for the Roasted Meat, it was well roasted with a crispy skin, amount of fat in between the meat was just nice, not too many fats and not oily. Lastly, the aroma of the rice was not that fragrance, but was well cooked and not too hard nor sticky.
Their service was quite fast and the presentation was acceptable. Overall, quite worth the price.
