Reservoir Road Blk 630 hawker center does serve up one of the best salted bunsI’ve ever eaten. Their dough, utterly porous and spongy, springing back to its original shape despite sinking a big bite into its savory interiors. Best thingof all, it doesn’t leave oil stains on the white paper bags it resides in. This is not a snack most of us will commonly buy, it is one of those that once in a while you will buy when you walk pass a stall that sell it.I remember the first time when I was exposed to the "butterfly" when I was a little child. My dad bought it home for breakfast alongside with soya bean drink. I very much like it when I first have it, it was sweet which I refused to share it with my sister. I ordered the peanut pancake too and I like it as the pancake wasn't too thick with adequate peanut filling! continue reading
