Thinking to have some freezing ice after taking my lunch, I ordered from the dessert stall. Wide and tidy, the stall was managed by a lady staff. I suspected all their hot dessert was delivered from factory or supplier, I saw she poured those desserts into a tray and heated up. Anyway I was not going to buy them, I prefer ice-crust.For me, it was beyond my expectation. The appearance was not that nice, dull and palely plain looking. Yet once I started up my first mouth, the appetizing syrupy shaved ice was unstoppable. Canned sweet corns and red beans added, all the ingredients were ready in advance. The preparation time thus was cut down. Heart-melting and heat-healing, I was satisfied to have this $2.00 chilling mess.
