This was way back when this foodcourt first opened. This dessert stall had the $1 chendol promotion which had snaking queues. I remembered queuing up for it for around 15-20minutes, which come to think of it - is a little crazy, but at least I wasn't disappointed with my chendol. It comes in a long glass instead of a dessert bowl and the goodies are all layered - the red bean at the bottom, followed by ice, then the green jellies, glass jelly then ice again. Topped with gula melaka and coconut milk, this makes chendol a truly coconuty dessert. I love how the taste combine together and also the different ingredients providing the texture. As the glass is very tall, I first used the spoon to mix some of the top layers and then used a big straw to slurp up the goodies. Worth it for $1, indulge occasionally at its normal price of $2.50 if I am not mistakened.
