Wanted to have a little snack before grocery shopping at NTUC. Chee Cheong Fun 猪腸粉 was always my favorite here.The liquify white batter was steamed & rolled-up just right, not too mushy & not too hard. Some stalls kept them in the display steamer for too long without adding fresh water & all turned hard & dry. This is just…right. It tasted as if freshly made…ala minute!
