when u think of dim sum, u certainly cant go without siew mai. the yellow skin and soft meat cant be missed in any dim sum outing. i bought back some siew mai to eat at home and share with the family. the siew mai still remained moist and soft after bring it home and a slight reheating. drizzle over some light soya sauce and it makes a perfect snack.
