After days of feasting, the family decided to have vegetarian meal. We decided to visit the restaurant which was located at the first floor of the shopping centre, at the far end between the food court and Japan Home. The yu sheng surprisingly strong of truffle oil when served. I would prefer the mock fish to be made like the real salmon, but the texture was quite like the real stuff. The salad was quite tangy and refreshing, without too sour.

I usually only have mountain yam in soup. It was the first time for me to have mountain yam in crunchy and crisp texture. Instead of the usual spinach tofu, the japanese soy bean was used in the making the bean curd which gave it a kind of sweet taste.

It was a refreshing soda drink to have.

Overall the food was delicious and quite unique too. Never thought of having truffles for yu sheng. That was a first time for me.
