The Bak kut teh ($4) tasted a bit peppery only and the meat is a little tough and does not really fall off the bones easily. Salted vegetables $1 - It goes well with white rice (50cents) but this is a little too salty. The texture is soft and well cooked.Overall it is a decent meal.

Pig's trotter has always been an old time favourite. I always asked for the part from the hind leg. That part is usually less fatty as compared to the front leg. I was here to take away from this stall for the first time. The portion is pretty big for $6. It has got a good mixture of fat and lean meat. It was nicely braised to give the fatty part a perfect softness. It was so soft and it melted in my mouth effortlessly. It goes well with the plain rice.
