Fried Kway Teow - CCK 302 Foodhouse (Closed)

Other than serving kway teow, one of the store's attraction is the carrot cake. I saw many people queuing for this and the order list seems to be neverending, so you'll have to wait a little while to be served.Ordered the smallest portion to share and i think the carrot cake is alright. Although, a little too oily for my preference. Too little egg and spring onion to add to the flavour of the dish.

The kway teow here smell good and taste equally good too! The combination of the noodles and the rice noodles are both chewy and not over cooked. My favourite in this sinful dish is the big juicy cockles in it. The generous amount of beansprouts added to this dish has also make this noodles dish with some crunchiness to it. The portion is quite generous and only cook upon your order so the freshest kway teow will be served to you.
