Everything looks exactly the same 10 years ago when I graduated from Singapore Poly. The fruit stall was located at the far end of food court 6 manned by an old couple in the well known "Er Mei Shan" where all the pretty ladies can be found there since the food court is situated within footsteps from the business faculty buildings.$0.70 for a big cup of home-made barley drink in a disposable plastic cup is a good memory of my school days as I usually had them after meals.The way how the stall operates still stay the same. Those who are ordering fruit juice has to queue up on the left, while those who are ordering desserts and drinks like barley, grass jelly has to queue on the right.Cup of barley containing minimal ice cubes and does not taste diluted. Barley grains are found at the bottom of the cup and tastes still the same like before, not too sweet!
