The 'Living Room' dining area which looks kinda empty. The same sort of Victorian inspired decor can be found here but with much less 'homely' layout as compared to the former Fullhouse which has a more complete 'Dream House' setting with Bedroom & wardrobe area, Balcony area, Reading Room area, Kitchen & Dining Room etc.

The other half of the restaurant is the 'Garden' area which had been reserved for a private party event, so we're confined to the Living room only...bummer.

As usual, we ordered several appetizers for sharing and one main course each.
Golden Crab Meatballs $11++, served with a cream cheese dip along with an eye catching presentation.

The crab balls were delicious, with a nice and crispy breaded coating, packed with savory crab meat filling. Not the best I've eaten but this will be the best dish I had for the night.
Deep Fried Calamari w/ Wasabi Mayo dip $12++. This was just so so only, nothing to shout about.

Salmon Sashimi Wrap w/ 'Alaska Crab Meat' $18++, this should have been Salmon wrap w/ crab stick instead...I seriously doubt that those crab sticks were from Alaska!

This tasted ok, the salmon was rather fresh and the mayo and flying fish roe topping was good as well. However, the hard boiled egg at the bottom was bland...it was either under-seasoned or not seasoned at all. I would save the $18 for something else.
Crunchy Cheese Sticks $11++, had a nice plating with a unique looking giant spoon. Feedback from cheese lovers were mostly positive for this dish.

My choice of main course, Seafood Paradise w/ Mango Cream sauce $39++. This was my biggest mistake of the night. The slipper lobster was tiny and the 'tiger prawns' were even tinier. The scallops and mussels was of decent size but were not really very fresh. Mango cream sauce was overly sweet and the mashed potato was tasteless...definitely not worth its $39 price tag!

Fullhouse Club Sandwich $21++, my friend's little girl had this and she seemed to enjoyed it, so I reckon its not bad. But visually, the serving portion was lacking for a $20+ dollars dish.

My drink, Watermelon Lychee juice $7++, my best order of the day. The fresh squeezed watermelon was sweet and refreshing with hints of lychee flavor...slurp!

Our dining experience here did not went as well as I've hoped. Food is pricey and of inferior quality, the ambiance did not impress and service was slow (staffs were tied up with the private event on the other side!). Sadly the supposedly Fullhouse experience was only 'Half'House at best.

Good:
- Beautifully decorated cafe! Cutesy-themed with mainly white-based decorations make the whole place look cosy and sweet.
- Seats were not too closely spaced so you get your privacy with your date still.
- Comfortable sofas present for those who prefer to sip their coffee for prolonged period of time with their friends.
- Excellent food that leaves you wanting for more! The Scallop Aglio Spaghetti and Carbonara Spaghetti is cooked to perfection. Deliciously!

Not-so-good:
- Slightly above-average price as much cost probably went into decorating the cafe.
- More staff roaming around would lessen the time needed to get a waiter's attention.
- If you are too hungry or a big-eater, you may need more than just a plate of spaghetti.

Overall:
Food tastes excellent. Ambience is good with the decorations. Would definitely recommend to my friends! And would definitely return again in future!

A tad on the salty side, I still find myself slurping up this soup which comes with chunks of soft boiled onions! Definitely taste better when you soak the garlic bread into the soup, which is how traditionally house the french onion soup is presented.

Fried till golden brown, with cheesy strands oozing from it, this is a starter which will definitely catch your eye as you glance through the menu. Do eat this as soon as you can before it turns soggy!

This is such a meatly man dish! As I am not really a fan of meatballs, I didnt fancy it much. However I can totally imagine Chris Hemsworth biting into this and throwing the plate on the floor roaring “MORE” in true Thor fashion.

One of my favorite dishes in Fullhouse, the chicken was grilled till tender and the additional of raisins with the dish was a nice touch to the black pepper sauce. Definitely a generous dish, all of us were exclaiming about the portion size!

With sweet and spicy sauce coated all across the chicken, it was such a flavorsome dish which all my friends were happily stealing a bite from! The meat was soft and tender, unlike other places where I am subjected to eating dry overdone chicken.

VERDICT

Fullhouse signature is definitely a place to head if you looking to wow your friends with the beautifully design interiors. It would be great for special occasions like birthdays, proposals or any form of celebratory events. The staff there are passionate about their work and would definitely offer a helping hand if required.

I personally feel that the food prices are reasonable given relaxing ambiance of this dining establishment, and how they try to make it a very interactive place for friends to enjoy their meal. There are definitely some hits and misses with the food, but one thing I cant deny is that they are definitely generous with their portions.

Dessert - choice of banana paradise or Molten Cake. All of us opt for Molten cake, which is served with vanilla ice cream. Ice cream taste a little light & not much of vanilla fragrance. Molten cake is sweet & lava flows when its being fork in.

My order was the light healthy sandwich, most luxury version I ever had before. Pasta was decent traditional and full of country style. Black Pepper Chicken on the other hand was chubby tender with strong fragrant of spices. Too bad I missed to snap a photo for their dessert, Signature Molten Chocolate Cake was pretty. Never regret to visit such lovely restaurant, I will recommend to my friends around.

Without much further ado, let's take a look at the lovely theme restaurant. The management team has spent months sourcing for suitable decor and even having them custom-made overseas for the restaurant to ensure that every corner is perfect!

The presentation of the ravioli once again surprised us
Having an aesthetically-pleasing dish already makes customers 50% satisfied.
However, having tried authentic yummy ravioli in Italy personally, this dish was a little far from expectations.
The pasta itself could been a little thinner, either that or more of the fillings (and more cream please, yes!).
Perhaps each petal of ravioli could be made smaller, more bite-sized, for ladies to have an easier time to enjoy the food

We were slightly disappointed when there weren't any chocolate lava oozing out as described by the title of the dish :/

But right upon trying the cake, all my disappointments were gone!
The (not-so-molten) chocolate in the cake were nonetheless soft and slightly chewy, making the dessert so satisfying.
The strawberries were surprisingly sweet (not the usual sour ones we have) too!

Snow White on Fire
One of their signature cocktail, with a presentation style similar to flaming lamborgini, Snow White on Fire.

The cocktail has citrus, honey and (plum) many other ingredient in it which makes it not only exciting to watch, but super delicious too! To me, it tasted like refreshing honey plum and I had to control myself not to have too much of it! :X Otherwise I'd be drunk pretty soon!

As mentioned, Fullhouse Signature is offering 1-FOR-1 main course, from today til 10 December 2013!

For a lot of cafe hoppers, I am sure you have some impression of this very beautiful theme cafe at Hotel Rendezvous named Fullhouse cafe. Located at Clarke Quay (the first block on the left after you cross the Read Bridge) is easily access via MRT(Clarke Quay MRT and future Fort Canning MRT) and other public transport.
Once you come out of the lift at level 2, you will be greet by the lovely Fullhouse family (4 mascots) : Thomas(Dad), Tracy(mum), Tony(son) and Tiffani (daughter).
Retaining some of the Korean princessy decoration from previous cafe, Fullhouse signature is has also added other deco that are fixed up by the restaurant manager and owner. On top of the "dinning room", there are also a place for you to chill, dating and even a bridal room where you can try out & buy the gowns here!
There is also a stage in the "living room" where you can hold small party, solemnisation, corporate events or other events and gatherings.

First dish oof the night is Cream of forest mushroom ($9). This is one of the best that I have had beside those homecooked ones. It is creamy and thick with lotsa mushrooms bits. Definitely a perfect combi with the complimentary garlic bread that comes with the soup.

Braised Lamb Shank ($29) here is served in a relatively huge portion. I would recommend 2 to share. The lamb shank is first simmered in red wine jus and served with mashed potato and vegetable. Personally I like the lamb shank as the meat is really tender and the gaminess of the lamb wasn't overwhelming. Thus I highly recommended this dish for all mutton lovers.

Banana Paradise ($9) is crispy on the outside and with the soft sweet banana on the inside served with homemade vanilla ice cream. Personally I feel that it is ang moh version of goreng pisang, do give it a try if you are a goreng pisang lover to see whether this is better than the usual ones you had.

Molten Chocolate Cake ($9) is one of the highlight of the night. Most of the girls love molten chocolate cake isn't it? The chocolate cake is rather intense in the chocolate taste (in the good way) . It paired quite well with the homemade vanilla ice cream and best of all the strawberry are very sweet. =)

On top of that, there are also several tables with view of the clarke quay Read bridge. Do make reservation if you want any special sitting arrangement.
