The roasted pork noodles here has really crispy roasted pork which you may not be easily get from anywhere. The meat is really juicy and tender, and even though in between there are pork fats on it, you still will not fill the oilynes of the meat. The sweet sauce which use for tossing the noodles is quite thick and really fragrant. Noodles here are quite chewy and smooth. Usually I will request to add in more noodles as the portion are not really alot for the standard plate of noodles. But with that good taste here, I really have nothing to be objective about here.
