Yesterday, we went further to Ubi 301 food court for our lunch. There are quite a large variety of different stalls there and we were spolit for choices. I eventually decided on having the wanton noodles from this stall. As it is during lunch hour, I had to wait for around 10minutes. This plate of wanton noodles cost me $3. The char siew is the dry kind, but as it is sliced thinly, it is not too tough to bite even though the char siew is dry without fats or any moisture. The texture and taste of the noodles is superb. There is no alkaline taste and it is bouncy and not too tough nor soft. I would think the stall owner grasped the cooking time very well. With their gravy, the noodles is simply a delight, and just for the yummy noodles, I will return again even though I am not a fan of the char siew.
