This is one of my favourite crab dishes. Thicker tang hoon was used to give it a more chewy and sticky texture without the gooey feel. I can clearly taste the freshness of the crab used to make this dish. Though the size of the crab is just average but it was quite meaty. This dish is cooked with good stock with some slices of ginger added to enhance its taste. This is a fantastic choice.
