The service was terrible. Out of the 4 waiters and waitresses that served us, only one was pleasant. When my mum asked if a door in the restaurant led to the toilet, the waiter replied in disdain that it was a VIP room, embarrassing her. The door was plain and nondescript. Was visiting some relatives during CNY and wanted to find a place nearby for lunch and was told it's opened during the new year period. It was the first visit and perhaps the last one for me. We were the 2nd set of customer that day and the restaurant wasn't too crowded but I was disappointed at the quality of the food and service wasn't great.

For only $18.88++, one can eat unlimited sushi (subject to terms and conditions). And for someone who is hungry, I find it worthwhile. Thus, I stepped into the Hei Sushi at Downtown East for its dinner buffet.For the buffet, I was entitled to a udon, a red plate sushi, all $2.18 colored plates, a green tea and dessert.
