For only $18.88++, one can eat unlimited sushi (subject to terms and conditions). And for someone who is hungry, I find it worthwhile. Thus, I stepped into the Hei Sushi at Downtown East for its dinner buffet.For the buffet, I was entitled to a udon, a red plate sushi, all $2.18 colored plates, a green tea and dessert. I decided to go for the udon first and was disappointed with the few strands of udon with a couple pieces of seaweed The red plate of sashimi I ordered was ok, just that the chefs could have sliced the fish into thinner slices.
The rest of the buffet was the ordering of the usual sushi which did not taste different from those sold outside. I did not eat much as I was full quite soon and dessert in the form of King's ice cream was takeaway.
