As I recalled Heng Li's opening, it was about half a year ago and till now there are no changes to the variety of dish, still focusing on Lor Mee and Prawn Mee.

Had a mixed in my Prawn Noodle Soup today consisting of yellow noodle and Kway Teow (we often called it "kway teow mee"), the meal was simple where broth had faint taste of prawns with beansprouts. It was a simple bowl of noodle with slices of fish cakes, lean pork and prawns which somehow reminds me of the younger days during recess time and had it. The taste was similar.

To me, though they do not have the strong prawns broth, its simplicity was already good for me as a meal.
Cost: $2.50 (Small)

There was some newspaper cuttings and awards displayed at the stall too so I decided to try it. Prices for the Lor Mee start from $2.50. I ordered the $2.50 portion and it was not too little. The gravy of the Lor Mee was not salty and there were sufficient ingredients to justify for the price. It was also rather fragrant. There wasn't a long queue when I purchased it so I did not wait for long.

Heng Li was quite new in West Coast Food Centre and I decided to give it a try despite there are a few Lor Mee Stalls out there.Ranging for Lor Mee, Lor Kway Tiao and Lor Bee Hoon. I had actually chosen the Kway Tiao Version. Cost at S$2.50 (Small) and S$3.00 (big), the portion is considerably sufficient. I love the "buffet style" in adding the garnishing.Garnishing were neatly placed on the ordering counter in the containers. One may add the vinegar, garlic, spring onions to your likings. In ad

Half of a braised egg is added. Overall the food tastes on an average side.

Friendly and fast service received with a smile.
Due that it's a new stall, it attracts a number of curious diners like me who want to try out other kinds of food available in the food center. Queues are seen but their efficient service has cleared it away quickly.

Besides selling Lor Mee, they are selling prawn mee too. I will want to try out this during my return visit. Do also remember to return the trays and used utensils back to the nearest collection point as this campaign is still going on in West Coast Food Centre.
