This stall provides catering for events. The dishes were poorly cooked, tasteless and not value for money. You may want to try other eateries and give this one a skip. It is strange that NEA allows Catering Services to be provided from Hawker Centres. continue reading

First impression is i did not expect to be able to get the smallest serving of mee rebus at $2. The portion is rather minimum though but it is definitely a good option especially for ladies. It is a good movement to prevent food wastage too. There are the selection of $2.50 and $3.00 if bigger portion is wanted. This seemed to be a popular stall as it has a constant flow of customers from the moment when we seated at the table next to it. Though i have just eaten a bowl of bak chor mee for lunch but my curiosity still prompted me to order a $2 plate of mee rebus for tasting. The chilli is available right beside the forks and spoon for self-service. I decided to skip it as i intended to share it with my lunch partner and my partner has little tolerance for spiciness. The yellow noodle has cooked well to achieve the nicely soft texture. It was then served with the thick potato based gravy. It accompanied with a hard -boiled egg and topped with green cut chilli and coriander. It did not serve with a lime neither the bits of tau pok like most mee rebus. The taste was just average but i did not feel disappointed as i have little expectations. The mediocre taste is somewhat bearable as this is one of the cheaper alternatives to have a decent meal right at this food centre.Though not the best but it is definitely acceptable. continue reading
