I love to eat fried bee hoon and i am a good cook myself so quiet particular about the texture of the bee hoon. I know fried bee hoon is quite a simple dish but most of the economic noodle stall did not do a good job. Holland V. Fried Bee Hoon at Holland Village Food Centre fried a mean plate of bee hoon. The texture was nice. They bee hoon is still long and not broken into pieces. The taste was good too. I can eat just the bee hoon alone and skip those side dishes all together. Their signboard

When i was in the current Holland Village Food Centre other day and spotted this particular stall. It gotten me to wonder whether this particular stall and that stall are related. I did not get to ask the Uncle as i was there during the busy lunch hour. I shall be back soon and perhaps have a chat with the Uncle if he is a little less busy to find out the answer i most wanted to know.

I ordered a serving of fried bee hoon with a few pieces of mini ngor hiang and a piece of fish cake for $2.00. And, i requested for extra chilli. The bee hoon was nicely stir-fried, it was tasty and in good texture. The few pieces of mini ngor hiang were a good addition, something rather unique that you do not get it at other stalls serving the economic fried bee hoon. The fish cake was rather average though.

All in all, it was an enjoyable lunch and an economical one too. The fried bee hoon from this very stall is most probably the cheapest alternative you can get in this food centre right at Holland Village.
