Ichiban Boshi (Closed)

it was my first time tasting sushi from ichibanit was one of the best sushi ever in Singapore.well i am not sure about other outlets.. but this outlet seems to be bigger and its much like a mini Jap market..i had unagi sushi.. tuna inagri and this sushi roll..with the tofu skinvery fresh and tasty..

This has to be the best Ichiban Boshi outlet in Singapore. The environment is very cozy and it's not overly crowded. The food was really good. Came hot and the portions were large. I felt so guilty eating everything! I think the food is great value for money, and they come in set meals at an average of 20++ per set. The takeout sushi selection is also pretty extension and very fresh.

The menu stated premium edamame and at $3.90 i think it's reasonable to try as i was not convinced it's from Japan as it would have cost more.Nevertheless it did not disappoint me as it came with stalks which we don't find in frozen package from NTUC.It's served either cold or hot and i asked for the hot version but found some pieces still cold so it's not well covered in hot water and it told me they took it out from the freezer

The food here is better than expected and very affordableWe ordered a portion of the cod with special sauce, but the special sauce turned out much saltier than we expected. salmon sushi - slices of salmon seared on one side, with some grated ginger and spring onions on sushi rice. Yummy!!Damn cheap and good! Definitely best sushi place in Singapore for that price range

Sushi!!Okay the sushi is very tempting from its own appearance.Although the ingredient inside is quire normal only, the way they are presented and the skills of the chef make the whole dish quite attractive and look delicious. And they are delicious and I would surely patronise again for their other main course.
