Recently there is a makeover in its menu. There is a promotion at online website Qoo10 on 50% off on selected items. Currently there are 4 different stalls in the Japanese style food court. The food court is still decorated in Japanese style. After placing order, a pager will be given which will be sounded after the food is ready.Omelette Rice (Chicken With Black Pepper Sauce) (after discount costs $3.25).The chicken is thinly sliced and very tender. The sauce is just nice and not overwhelming.Pasta (Special Tomato Sauce Pasta With Ebi Fry) (after discount costs $3.25). It tastes not bad too.Ramen (Pork Belly Tonkotsu Ramen) (after discount costs $3.40). It tastes not bad, but feels that the soup is not hot enough.Donburi (Scallop Mentai Donburi) (after discount costs $3.90). With the prickled vegetables, it gives the mushy rice a crunchy texture. There is quite a bit of chopped scallop in the rice.Overall the food tastes not bad and quite value for money. continue reading

I am totally in love with their Sushi. It is considerably cheap and they always stock up a wide varieties to choose from. There will be the tamago sushis, crabmeat sushis, cucumber sushis, and many more.Do try their salmon don also! It is very nice and fresh. The service is also friendly and prompt. You can most probably get a table just waiting a while at the restaurant. I love the concept of such japanese restaurant, within it there are many other stalls which you can choose from.Their omelette rice stall is a hot favourite! continue reading

Ishi Mura is a Japanese food street which sells a wide variety of japanese food. I love Japanese food, and here is a great place for affordable and nice jap food! I ordered a ham cabbage pancake @ $5. It consists of a cabbage base, egg, ham and seaweed. It comes with two dressings, mayonnaise and sweet teriyaki sauce! Although the ingredients are fairly simple, when you eat it all together, it is simply amazing and really nice! Perfect for a meal if you do not wish to have any rice or noodles. Definitely worth a try! continue reading

Was at Northpoint and wanted to have a simple dinner so we decided to visit Ishi Mura as they serve rather affordable food there.I ordered a plain ramen for $4.80 as I dont like the Japanese type cha siew. The plain ramen only comes with an egg, the noodles and a piece of seaweed. Great if you are looking for something simple & cheap. The soup is really nice & thick, a milky color although you dont taste any milk. It's just hours of boiling I think. Noodles is quite average and a little over-cooked that it's not tangy. Still acceptable. continue reading

Loves Japanese food. Want to eat it at reasonable price. Head over to Ishi Mura Food Court at Northpoint Top floor right now. Prawn garlic rice. Their serving is quite large and prawns are quite a lot. A sunny side up egg is included inside the hot stone pot too. We have to mix it ourselve to enhance the taste. Be careful of the sauce which may shoot onto your hand as the stone bowl is piping hot. Teriyaki Chicken Garlic Rice. Loves this much! <3 continue reading
