Service by the guy was rather attentive - as I approached the stall, he had noticed me and took my order. He told me to take a seat and my order will be served to my table. As there were many stalls selling similar dishes in Ayer Rajah food Center, competition was rather fierce, however no touting is accepted in the premises.My plate of tasty Bee Hoon Goreng (Merah) was coated in attractive orange red coloring. The FoodI ordered 1 Egg and 1 Gosong Roti Prata. The Roti Prata was very crispy and feels like eating keropok. They use mutton curry instead of fish curry to dip with their prata. The stall owner told me that mutton curry goes well with the prata and true enough their mutton curry bought me over. The mutton curry was very tasty and does not have the strong mutton smell that I'm quite particular with. The curry is very thick and tasty.
