Service by the guy was rather attentive - as I approached the stall, he had noticed me and took my order. He told me to take a seat and my order will be served to my table. As there were many stalls selling similar dishes in Ayer Rajah food Center, competition was rather fierce, however no touting is accepted in the premises. My plate of tasty Bee Hoon Goreng (Merah) was coated in attractive orange red coloring. My plate of tasty Bee Hoon Goreng (Merah) was coated in attractive orange red coloring. This dish comes with scrambled eggs, peas and mini little bits of minced mutton mixed within the mass of Bee Hoon and on top of that it wasnt spicy as I expected. Comparing its standard with the few other stalls which I had tried before, competition is stiff.

I'm quite happy with my lunch

Cost: S$3.50

The FoodI ordered 1 Egg and 1 Gosong Roti Prata. The Roti Prata was very crispy and feels like eating keropok. They use mutton curry instead of fish curry to dip with their prata. The stall owner told me that mutton curry goes well with the prata and true enough their mutton curry bought me over. The mutton curry was very tasty and does not have the strong mutton smell that I'm quite particular with. The curry is very thick and tasty. The PriceReasonably priced at $2 with generous portionOverall

Overall
This is one of the better Roti Prata I have tasted and definitely worth a try!
