Hokkien Mee was rather sweet with 3 kinds of noodles add in, the round yellow noodle which made up of a marjority portion followed by the thick bee hoon then the fine strings of bee hoon. They had maintained the old school standard of the delicacy with thin cut pork belly with the red hot looking chilli and lime by the side to add on the taste.

They usually serve dumpling but they made it the traditional Chinese way, thick skin, not really my kind of thing.
