Located in Joo Chiat Area, This is 1 coffee shop that people hardly notice since I cant even recognize the road to reach there even after so many years. LOL. Its Located along Carpmael or Crane Road. Its not hard to miss this coffeeshop I would say. They serve the basic few Varieties, Soup, Dry, With Pork Ribs or PigTail. Prices Range from $3.5 Onwards! CHEAP FOR THE GOOD BROTH.Topped with their tender Pork Ribs, Crispy Fried Onions and Fresh Prawns, There are times where I crave for Dry Prawn noodles and they never fail to satisfy me without making my tongue numb from the spiciness. I personally prefer the soup version more as I can add in the chilli powder provided to enhance the flavour of my soup and Their BROTH is one of the best I've had in Singapore! SUPER LOVE!Price Range is around $4-$6 depending on what you order. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!http://michhysaurous.blogspot.sg/2013/08/the-prawn-noodles-that-i-had-since-young.html continue reading

The FoodI ordered a bowl of Pork Rib Kway Teow dry with chilli and Prawn Bee Hoon dry with chilli. The Kway Teow was thin, silky and smooth and blended very well with the nice chilli and was garnished with lots of fried spring onions hence making it very fragrant. The soup was very tasty, which is filled with the sweet essence from the prawns and pork ribs. The Bee Hoon also blended very well with the chilli and the fried spring onions is an important ingredient to the dish as well. It's a pity that the prawns are not very fresh and it sticks to the shell. The PriceReasonably priced at $5 each for decent portionOverallOverall, I find that the soup is superb, so are the chilli and spring onions hence highly recommended continue reading
