The Big Pork Bun was really big, bigger than my fist. The bun texture was soft, though not as fluffy as JB ones. The fillings of minced pork meat was piping hot and oozing with hot pork juice when I teared open the bun. There was a nice fatty, marinated meat aroma. There was also a quarter egg in the bun.

The Big Pork Bun tasted good, the minced meat was fatty and tender, there was also some crispy chestnut in the minced meat that gave a refreshing taste.
