There are several branches of 老火汤. Wanting to have something healthy and soupy, I decided to have soup and rice. The pork ribs soup with fish maw was good, although the quantity of soup is rather little (but amount of ingredients was generous). I think they boil the soup for very long hours, which explains why it is so flavourful. The rice with pumpkin bits was also quite tasty.
