I randomly picked Ling Heng Roasted Duck since it was the first roasted delight stall I passed in the market and had a small queue, which I thought would be supposedly good.I ordered the Char Siew and Roasted Duck rice which was pretty reasonable for serving size at $4. The gravy was not very thick and gave a light saltish sweet flavour to the rice. The Char Siew was sweet but was not very consistently charred as a part of it was not charred at all. This unassuming stall does not have long queues like other stalls in Bukit Merah Central Food Centre. So, those who need a Roast Duck Rice fix can pop over to this stall satisfy your craving.It was meant to be just Roast Duck Rice, but the moment the aunty at the food stall asked whether I wanted Char Siew to go with it, I cldn't resist! The Duck was tender, and so was the Char Siew. The gravy that accompanied this dish was too light for me as I had expected the taste to be more flavourful. O
