Signature Dishes
This food court is quite big with many stalls offering a wide variety of cuisines. There are even 4 stalls with their own seating area where only their customers are allowed to sit at. I was craving for Oyster Omelette hence I got a plate of this to share, plus Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee from the same stall.Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee $3.50This was not bad. Their Hokkien mee was quite wet, just the way I like it, and the thick bee hoon they use is slightly thinner than the normal thick bee hoon. There were 3 small peeled prawns and several tiny slices of pork belly, and some egg pieces that was fried with the noodles. I do wish they could have more/bigger pork slices and that the gravy had more prawn fragrance. Oyster Omelette $6This was not too bad too. Oysters were big and plump and the omelette was moist. However would have preferred if there were just a little bit more egg instead of starch.

There is quite a number of stalls in the foodcourt. But what attracts me to this stall is its price. Most stalls are priced from $5 onwards. But here it is having a promotion for its fried hokkien mee which is priced at $3.50 a serving. The fried kwek tiao is also priced similarly. For this price, there is peel prawns in the dish. Not bad. It is cooked in wet style. The noodle tastes not bad, but I would prefer it to have been braised slightly longer.

The hokkian mee here is not bad for a food court standard. The noodles were tasty enough and not too mushy nor overcooked unlike some places. The dish came with some pieces of seafood which added extra bite and flavour. Overall a pretty acceptable hokkian mee which was moist enough with not bad flavour although there is nothing outstanding to shout about. An ok choice for a quick and simply meal.

This Hokkien Mee is a MUST TRY. Besides the rojak stall, the Local Street Delights stall has the most patrons everyday. So I had a plate of Singapore Hokkien Prawn Mee for only $3.50.Look at the ginormous portion!!The noodles were not too dry, it was kind of 'wet',because the noodles were fried with prawn soup!!Therefore, the noodles were very fragrant with prawn smell and taste!!Yummmmms!!The queue was quite long, thus you have to be patient to wait for about 5 - 15 minutes.Good food always worth the queue ;)

I went to this foodcourt during my lunch hour, I decided to order Fried Prawn Noodle after walking around. One of the ''must eat'' local dish at Singapore, it is also known as Fried Hokkien Mee sometimes.Perfect combination of white vermicelli (known as thick bee hoon) and the round yellow noodle (known as cooked noodle). Freshly prawns and it was best eaten with sambal chilli. It costed only $3.50 per plate.
