Some times when I really lazy to just deep fried the fish fingers which I have bought from the supermarket, I will choose to get a box of the fish fingers from Long John Silver. It is equally delicious, but definitely even much better than the one you deep fry yourself as it is much more crispy and the fish meat inside is very soft and juicy. Moreover, to dip in their tartar sauce will make it even taste even better too. continue reading

Finally got to visit this Long John Silver's outlet at my neighbourhood. My last time eating at LJS probably were couple of years back. Anyway, came here for a quick dinner and I ordered the set meal that had 2 pieces of fish finger and a piece of chicken with french fries and a drink @$4.50. The chicken was tender eventhough it was chicken breast and the batter was crunchy yet not oily and the fish fingers were not fishy or either have any frozen taste. Surprisingly the standard was good except the size of the food seemed shrunk as what was in the picture. The staff was friendly andt the seating area here seemed small and cramped. continue reading
