Signature Dishes
A irsh restaurant that is al-fesco dinning serving alcohol beverages for happy hour. They also do serve main courses and deserts too! As the place is located just outside 313, although fixed with a big fan but it still gets pretty warm on the afternoon but guess it is quite ok for night. With the classic 80s music background, it gives me the feeling to chill out even on a Sunday afternoon. This restaurant serve pretty wide variety of food choices as compared to usual ones that serve only finger food. So we tried their beer battered prawns and chips for the main course. 19.90 bucks which considered quite reasonable at a irsh restaurantThe prawn battered can taste the beer bitterness. M nt really a fan of it. But the prawn is pretty freshFor desert we opt for apple pie. The pie cost abt 4.90 per dish. The apple pie is a little sour for me. But overall is quite nice. Yum. Thumbs up for apple pie

A nice place to chill with friends on a friday night, or to relax after work. Love the outdoor setting, with drinks and good food.Ordered the beer battered prawns and chips ($19.90) which was a pleasant surprise. The prawns were huge and juicy, the portion was just nice too! Delicious.Had apple pie for dessert! The apple pie was a little flat and doesn't look very appetizing. However the taste is still there. Love the cinnamon flavour! Would recommend this place!

Malones Irish Restaurant & Bar is one of those restaurants right outside Somerset 313 with alfresco dining, with a laidback atmosphere. My friends and I caught sight of their weekday Value Lunch Deal ($5.90++ to $9.90++ depending on which main you choose) which includes Soup of the Day + Main + Drink. The soup of the day was Asparagus Soup which tasted nothing like asparagus but more like a thick flavourful gruel made of mushrooms, pepper and salt. The main I chose was Ham and Mushroom Pasta ($8.90 for this lunch set) and it was passable. The cheesey cream sauce was surprisingly not cloying and I wasn't too jelat at the end of it. The ham slices were the Cold Storage store-bought sort of ham, don't expect too much of it. The spaghetti was not very springy but edible. The drink was Iced Lemon Tea (there were other choices like Lime, Sprite, etc.) and it was quite diluted and the tea taste wasn't strong enough. Feels more like plain water though.Don't expect too much and you should be fine, after all it's quite cheap for a full meal in Orchard.

White toasted bread, boiled carrots, mashed potatoes and generous serving of tender and juicy meat which was not fatty all in a broth of just the right amount of savoury and thickness which did not make you feel sick after finishing the entire bowl. Portion was very generous, hence i did not think that the price that came with it was too much to ask for.

drumstick with fries! The chicken is tender and crispy skin, the fries is a bit cold so a bit soggy. Anyway i like the tartar sauce given. very refreshing.beef burger!I like this! The beef patty is nicely seasoned and grilled. On top of the burger there is pickles which i like the most. German sausageThe sausage is large, with some caramelised onion strips and gravy on top. The fries is a bit soggy coz the sauce is poured onto it.The food is okay but my friends and i have a nice time chit chatting and drinking beer there.
