Planning to eat Fried Rice as my dinner, think twice, I decided to order Fried Malay-style Noodles. It was hardly found at Chinese hawker and coffee shop. The recipe was modified from Mamak Mee I guessed. Dressed with cabbages, tomatoes and cucumbers, the noodles were a perfect balance of salty and spicy. I can taste Chilli Paddy and fragrance of Shrimp Paste inside, it very suited my appetite. The portion was enough, costed $4.50 per plate.
