Mini Wok - Koufu (Closed)

This is my first time trying food from this stall, away from my usual korean bibimbap and japanese food.I ordered the Fish Fried Rice with Thai Style sauce ($3.50). There are other variations of the sauce which one can choose besides the thai style. There is sweet and sour sauce and black pepper sauce as well.Overall the food is quite nice and the serving quite generous. The fish tastes good, crispy on the outside. Felt like eating fried rice last Tuesday, so I decided to order beef friend rice from mini wok stall. The beef fried rice on that day was a disappointment.The rice was sticky and very salty. But I do like the soup they served. The tastes of dishes from mini wok are always not constant. Ordering from mini wok is like gambling as you need luck. Will not visit this stall recently.

Today's pepper beef fried rice was really bad The only nice thing is the soup. The rice is too soft and wet and not stirred well. I felt really dissappointed because it used to taste quite nice just that sometimes a bit salty and oily...but this time is totally out of standard. I would not recommend this if you are expecting something satisfying because they do not have constant quality of the food.

Lots of place also got mini work.I really dono want to eat what as my dinner.At the end,i choose this.The fish is not so fresh,go the fish smell.But it is still ok.The thai sauce is like the bottle one.But i dont like the flour of the fish,too soft and oily.The egg is quite ok,and the softness of the rice is also ok.Overall:this dish is quite nice.

I seldom bought food from this store because the sauce look very fake..!!So much of colouring.But i still buy because of the long qeuee for other stalls.I not very like the sauce,it is just sweet but still got pepper taste.It's just normal.The chicken is quite soft,not as hard as i thought.But the rice is abit dry and hard.Fortunately they got give us one extra soup.Can taste that the soup is added lots of ajinomoto.Must drink lots of water after drinking it.But the sambal is quite ok,the spicyn

sambal fried rice ($3)The sambal flavour is very rich and fragrant. The rice is nicely fried but not tossed properly coz the sambal paste is not evenly distributed. Anyway The rice is quite delicious and i even added more sambal chillies to mix it. The soup given is nice too, it's seaweed soup with eggs, very nutritious.
