Initially when i first ate the chicken karage, i thought it was a little hard but the subsequent ones were quite succulent and crispy and tastes good thanks to the sauce. So there is a little bit of inconsistency there. The salmon is nice but i think the portion is a little bit small because the salmon is very thinly sized. Nonetheless its a good dish and i enjoyed it very much. The sauces do complement them very well. The salad tastes like coleslaw except that it has not been mixed in with dressing. It tastes slightly pickled, as if they have been soaked in salt or something. But still crunchy nonetheless.
