Very friendly and young gentlemen here at the stall. Bean sprouts were fresh, crunchy though they were overcooked as you can see from the size. The ngioh hiam was very nice. Flavourful and meaty, the skln is not salty and the water chestnut within makes this sweeter with some light touches of crunchiness.
