Teh-Tarik or pull tea is prepared by pouring hot tea from a mug to the glass and the pouring actions must be repeated a few times. The higher the pull the thicker the froth. I didn't see them prepare the teh tarik so I'm not sure how many times and how high they pull the teh tarik but when it comes, there's not much froth on top already. The art of pulling is so that the aroma would be pull out and also it would not be too hot when it's time to serve. This stall serves great teh tarik, coffee and also Bandung.
