This is the first time I tried eating Indian Rojak. It's so different from the Chinese Rojak. For Indian Rojak, we are allow to choose what we want to mix in the rojak. There's fried chicken wing, cuttle fish, egg, etc. I choose a mix of potatoes, tofu and fishcake. After the selection, they will fry the ingredients together and serve with some cucumbers chili and onion. The bowl of chili sauce is not to be missed out. Dip the fish cake, tofu and potato into the chili sauce for a greater taste.
