The prata has a strong buttery flavor which gives it a very nice brown texture. The prata is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It is thin and easy to bite. Further it is not very oily too. I prefer to have it with sugar, though the curry is not too bad. It costs $0.90 a piece. continue reading
