The first stall I spotted and I just knew I would hit on it.I suppose this is the famous Chinatown Dim Sum Restaurant subsidiary.I was quite surprise that given such limited space, they do serve a variety of Dim Sum.I prefer the deep fry shrimp more than the rest. Was rather disappointed with their prawn dumplings when I ordered it for the first time. So this time, I reminded my hubby not to order the prawn dumpling. I saw this stall in the magazine where one of the singer's recommendation for their fried beancurd, so I decide to give it a try. I waited for a while before it was served , and it was piping hot. I supposed they only steam or fried the items after customers had made their order. The fried beancurd was really cripsy and the filling was fragrance. I saw alot of people was eating dim sum from this stall so I decided to give it a try. I bought the prawn dumpling for SGD2.50.
