This is my first time eating at Pepper Lunch. I kind of enjoyed the experience cooking your own meal. You get to cook the meat to your preference. In addition, you get to add the sauces to make it taste to your own likings too. I tried both garlic soy sauce and honey brown sauce. I preferred the latter. In the sizzling hot plate, my black pepper steak is completed with bean sprouts, corn and a egg.

One thing about pepper lunch is that you can customise how long you want your meat to be cooked. At times when you are busy chatting away, you'll somehow overcook your meal. I ended up with some rather chao da bean sprouts and corn bits To say that the chicken and salmon taste good by itself would be a lie, but thank god for the sauce to make the meat less dry than it was due to the overcooking.
