Introduction
The Ponggol Seafood (Old Hock Kee) used to be at this locality many years back, with their original site a stone's throw away beside the Ponggol Jetty right where the cul-de-sac is now. After several relocations over the years, they are now back at their original auspicious founding location. Signature Dishes
Punggol Marina Hock Kee Seafood restaurant are famous for their chilli crabs but however I actually like their steam crabs cooked with egg white, steam scallops and tanghoon. Their crab are very big, about 1.8kg to 2 kg. It was also very fresh n sweet. Their mee goreng is just as good. On the whole, the food are delicious and their services are good. My family will always frequent there often for dinner.

This seafood restaurant is one of my favourite choice when comes to celebration of occasions at home as they provide delivery service. The foods was delivered to my house for around one and a half hours. The fish head curry is one of our favourite as it is very thick in the gravy and the fish head is very fresh and soft too. Their mee goreng also taste not bad and the portion is quite generous. Overall was quite a good experience to order their delivery and will be back for more.

The chilli crab at Punggol seafood restaurant tastes pretty good. The sauce is not too spicy, not overly starchy, and good amount of beaten eggs. The curry powder, cumin and the chilli flavour are very well-balanced. It is best to eat with the deep-fried buns. Other than the signature chilli crab, this place is also famous for the sambal kangkung, very hot though.

Located right at the end of punngol, it is a pretty secluded place if you dont own a private transport.I started to patronize this joint since 2005 and throughout the years, the standard have dropped tremendously. Went there for dinner again on late September.Service was below average (Most server now are native chinese who cant converse in simple english).Mixed up my order twice. Served my order wrong.Food quality wise, just edible if you are not particular about taste. We order Xinchew beehoon which turn out to be sambal beehoon with a heavy '5 spice powder' taste. It was a horrible experience that night which I believe I would never re-patronize them again.
